1. Program. Desert Lakes Operations Alerts is a text message program operated by Desert Lakes Capital for authorized employees of Desert Lakes Capital, Desert Lakes Ventures, LLC, and DLV Holdings, Inc. It is not available to the general public.
2. Consent. By entering your mobile number and checking the consent box inside the Desert Lakes Capital application suite, you agree to receive automated text messages from Desert Lakes Capital at that number. Consent is never pre-selected and is not a condition of employment.
3. What you will receive. Operational alerts for the car wash sites your account is authorized to view: site operating alerts such as an equipment fault or a site reporting offline, data availability notices when a scheduled report finishes or fails to load, and account and access notices such as a change to your permissions. No marketing messages are sent.
4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with operating activity.
5. Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Whether you are charged depends on your mobile phone service plan. Desert Lakes Capital does not charge for the program.
6. Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Cancelling does not affect your employment or your access to the application.
7. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact sms-support@desertlakescap.com.
8. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy. See the SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes. Desert Lakes Capital may modify or end the program at any time; material changes will be communicated by text or inside the application.
