This policy covers the text message program operated by Desert Lakes Capital for authorized employees of Desert Lakes Capital, Desert Lakes Ventures, LLC, and DLV Holdings, Inc. It applies to mobile numbers enrolled in that program.

What we collect. The mobile number you enter, the fact and time of your consent, and the delivery status of messages sent to you.

How we use it. Only to send the operational alerts described in our SMS Terms & Conditions. We do not use enrolled numbers for marketing.

Sharing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. More broadly, we do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party, including affiliates and business partners, for any purpose. Enrolled numbers are disclosed only to the messaging carrier that transmits the messages on our behalf, and only to deliver them.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with operating activity.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Whether you are charged depends on your mobile phone service plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact sms-support@desertlakescap.com. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Cancelling does not affect your employment or your access to the application.

Retention. Enrolled numbers and consent records are retained while the number is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward to evidence consent, then deleted.
